In sports competitions, a momentary anger, fight, tension can lead to major and unwanted incidents. Therefore, the parties act more restrained, more tolerant, more calm. Because thousands, tens of thousands of people are divided and a single spark makes everyone tense. Especially in our country, sports fanaticism is almost at its peak. So much so that at the end of every match, football is the top ten prominent/trending topic on social media.
People are butchering each other in the field because it is a black night. In such a place, of course, the administrators need to be careful and to think carefully.
In such a country, the easiest area for foreigners to manipulate, direct and take to the streets is football. This situation should not go unnoticed by the intelligence services and they should closely monitor the seditions they want to introduce into football.
The period when our football was wanted to be dragged into political events was especially in the run-up to July 15th. Until that day, even during coups, football fields generally stayed out of politics. But on the way to July 15th, this issue was worked on with fine craftsmanship. This was not the work of the last few years. Perhaps work had started for our clubs as early as 1985, when FETÖ started to shine.
Those who said FETÖ had infiltrated the army only recently would be speechless when they realized that it had infiltrated the army since 1983. Did you think they would leave football alone?
Imagine, the prime minister of the time, today’s President Mr. Erdoğan, who built an excellent stadium for Galatasaray club, was booed at the opening match of the stadium on January 11, 2011. Beşiktaş could never get permission from the Monuments Board for the construction of its stadium. The same prime minister who paved the way and supported them could not go to the stadium to watch the match. They made a symbolic opening the day before. If this had happened in another country, they would have erected his bust.
They couldn’t get Aziz Yıldırım. They couldn’t take the Fenerbahçe club from him either. They gave him and Fenerbahce the most painful fate.
At the time, the current IBB Mayor was praising the prosecutors who carried out the conspiracy on FETÖ’s TV channels by declaring Fenerbahçe ‘match-fixing’ during the July 3 process. On Samanyolu TV, he was supposedly defending the incident as match-fixing with all its documents and all its nakedness. Was this man an intelligence officer? What was his mission? Uğur Dündar, who later became the chairman of the Fenerbahçe Divan Board, tried very hard to reconcile himself with the FB audience.
I wonder what plans awaited the country if the Fenerbahçe club had also been taken over? What other projects were there to stir up the pitches? What could not be implemented? I can only guess. I don’t know what the authorities have. If the shooting of the Fenerbahçe bus had been uncovered, I believe this would have been revealed as well. The government, unfortunately, in an incomprehensible way, did not go into these incidents…
It isn’t plunged into a lake without seeing the bottom!
As a result, last week our football was once again used as a tool for a political project. The offshoots of this project have been working for years. With Syrian enmity, Arab enmity, the tale of Arabs stabbing us in the back and racist rhetoric, they constantly engrain in hatred against Islamic countries. They do not stop, they direct this hatred towards Islam and its symbols.
All these initiatives are giant steps in our country by Zionism and those who want to divide our nation. There are politicians who knowingly carry this out. There are poor Turkish youth who unknowingly follow them. In the end, they carry water to the same mill.
Political science is important. It is essential not only for politicians, but for everyone, from those who manage a family to those who manage a company. The recent Riyadh incident in football has once again shown how incompetent they are at the administrative and political level, from the TFF president to the club managers. We have also seen how important history is!
One of the most important principles of politics is to think about the outcome before you start something. In other words, when starting a business, it is important to evaluate the consequences of the future. People who don’t know this and don’t do it will spend their lives in frustration. Would you go to war without having all the intelligence about your enemy? Would you plunge into a lake without seeing the bottom?
That’s what happened in Riyadh. While trying to raise the brand value of our football, they trampled it underfoot!
Either you will not go, or if you go, you will return in the most justified way – even if you don’t play. That night, we look, we read, we say let’s not miss a wrong point, yet there is no fault on the other side. Turkey is as if war has been declared. It’s said “This is disrespectful to our ancestor, we will do this, we will do that”!
If this event has been brought to this state by incompetence, it is a shame that those who are in charge there, especially the president of the TFF, stand as administrators.
When you evaluate the events properly, it does not look like incompetence. It looks as if a planned project has been put into effect in a planned and programmed way. Only those who naively jumped into the event on social media understood what happened only in the morning hours.
Look, if I were to go to a program, I know what time I will be met, what my plan is, where I will stay, how long I will talk and many other details. When I arrive at my destination, I cannot say, “No, I will stay at this hotel, I will speak at this cultural center, I will stay at a hotel named Mustafa Kemal, one hour is not enough, I will speak for at least three hours…”. If I do, the consequences are clear.
The crisis was planned and it was going to happen!
Some people said that this crisis would not have happened if this or that had happened. Let me make it clear that this crisis was bound to happen. Because it was designed to happen. As a matter of fact, when you make evaluations, you cannot find a single crime on the other side!
Where you go as a guest, do you say that you can go around every room and do whatever you want. Do you walk around with such an attitude. What kind of stupidity is this!
The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) has prepared a proposal to provide additional income to Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray clubs for the Super Cup final. The presidents of both clubs gave the TFF a power of attorney for the Super Cup final in August 2023.
The decision to play the match in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, the best bidder for the competition, was made jointly by the clubs and the TFF.
It was agreed that the rules of FIFA, AFC, UEFA and other international football regulatory and governing bodies would apply. Accordingly, a protocol was agreed between the TFF and the Saudi Arabian authorities on October 20, 2023 regarding the rules and principles to be followed on the field and in the stands.
In the meantime, the TFF and the Saudi Arabian authorities agreed that although the match in question is not a national match, the National Anthem will be sung and Turkish flags will be used, as it is the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Turkey. In fact, Atatürk’s picture was even allowed on the jerseys for the match. There was going to also be a moment of silence for the martyrs and other 100th anniversary activities.
Now you come to the most important point! We’re going to show up for training with this T- shirt with this picture, we’re going to be on the field with this banner and so on…
Believe me, if this match had been played in Turkey, none of this would have even occurred to them. Did the 100th anniversary of the Republic come to their mind three days before the end of 2023? What have they done in the name of the 100th year so far? Have they ever played a match in Europe with a shirt with a photo? Why did they insist on a T-shirt with a picture even though it is forbidden? What were you thinking before you finally left your home and arrived in Saudi Arabia?
Where their minds are is actually related to the disinformation. When you think about what happened that night, you understand the main purpose.
First, fake news was quickly served. National Anthem is not allowed; Turkish flag is not allowed to be flown; jerseys with pictures are banned etc… The nation was mobilized with false statements.
Social media was turned into a war zone with the cry of “We do not accept insulting our ancestor”. However, there was no insult. If there was, I have not heard of it until today. The men only refused to give their consent on two issues that they had not promised before. All in all, it is a normal and understandable situation. They could have said a lot more to men who are unpredictable at every moment, who have a voice from every head, who cannot even agree with each other!
Meanwhile, in our country, initiatives that will remind us of the Gezi days have been launched at full speed. Arab hostility aside, Islam and its values such as the call to prayer and the Kaaba were insulted.
The IBB Mayor’s Office and the CHP district mayors of Istanbul have announced that they will start carrying passengers to the airports where the soccer players will arrive. The CHP Istanbul provincial chairman has started to sign all kinds of attractions to mobilize the nation.
Only those in the country? FETÖ and PKK accounts from abroad were activated like rain…
Even Dutch leader Geert Wilders, famous for his Islamophobia, was on the scene. He sent X’s saying “Atatürk 10 Saudi Arabia 0”.
The IBB President didn’t forget to invite all Istanbulites to Beşiktaş square for the next day. In the meantime, they did not forget to hang pictures and change the name of the street in front of the Consulate General as if to provoke Saudi Arabia.
Isn’t the fact that Geert Wilders, FETO members, CHP leaders and separatists all took a common stance and organized themselves at once indicative of a planned and programmed operation?…
And the first degree perpetrators of the incident started to make irrelevant statements exactly five days later! Isn’t it meaningful?
When you watch all this, if you still don’t realize what kind of a game is being played in this country and if you don’t recognize the figurants of this game, you will be a great pity for the state and the nation!…
